Reports & Analytics
Go to Sidebar → Reports for revenue and booking analytics across your fleet.
Summary cards
At the top of the reports page, four summary cards show:
| Card | Description |
|---|---|
| Total Revenue | All-time confirmed booking revenue |
| This Month | Revenue for the current calendar month |
| Total Bookings | Count of all confirmed bookings |
| Cancellation Rate | Percentage of bookings that were cancelled |
Revenue chart
A bar chart shows daily or monthly revenue over the selected date range. Use the date pickers at the top to change the period.
- Hover over a bar to see the exact amount for that day/month.
- Switch between Daily and Monthly views using the toggle.
Top routes
A table showing your most booked routes ranked by:
- Number of bookings
- Total revenue
- Average fare
Top buses
A table showing which buses in your fleet generate the most revenue and have the highest occupancy rates.
Booking breakdown
A breakdown of bookings by:
- Payment method (eSewa, Khalti, Card, Bank, Cash)
- Status (Confirmed, Cancelled, Pending)
Exporting reports
Click Export CSV to download the current report data as a spreadsheet for use in Excel or Google Sheets.
Filtering reports
Use the controls at the top of the reports page to filter by:
- Date range — from/to date
- Route — specific route only
- Bus — specific vehicle only
