Cancellation & Refunds

Cancelling a booking

  1. Go to My Bookings.
  2. Find the booking you want to cancel.
  3. Click Cancel Booking.
  4. Confirm the cancellation in the prompt.

Your booking status will change to Cancelled immediately.


Refund policy

Refund terms depend on the individual bus operator. Each operator may set their own cancellation policy, which is linked on their bus card in search results (📋 Refund Policy badge).

General guidelines (unless the operator's policy states otherwise):

Always check the specific operator's refund policy before booking if cancellation terms matter to you.


How refunds are processed

Operator-cancelled trips

If the bus operator cancels a trip (e.g. due to weather or mechanical issues), all passengers on that trip receive a full refund automatically. You will be notified via the email on your booking.


Can I modify a booking?

Seat changes and date changes are not currently supported through the platform. To change your booking you would need to:

  1. Cancel the existing booking (subject to refund policy).
  2. Make a new booking for the correct date/seat.

For urgent changes, contact the operator directly using the contact information on their profile page.
