Selecting Your Seats
After clicking Select Seats on a bus card, you are taken to the seat selection page.
Reading the seat map
The interactive seat map shows the interior layout of the bus from a top-down view.
Seat colours
| Colour | Meaning |
|---|---|
| ⬜ White (outlined) | Available — you can select it |
| 🟥 Red / filled | Booked — already taken by another passenger |
| 🟦 Blue / highlighted | Selected by you in this session |
| 🟨 Yellow | Reserved (e.g. held for conductor or operator) |
Seat labels
Each seat has a label like 1A, 1B, 2C etc.:
- The number is the row.
- The letter is the column position (A = leftmost in that row).
Bus layout types

A back row with extra seats may also appear at the bottom of the map.
Selecting seats
- Click any white seat to select it. It turns blue.
- Click it again to deselect.
- You can select multiple seats (e.g. for a family).
- The panel on the right (or bottom on mobile) updates with the seat numbers and total fare.
Passenger details
After selecting your seats, scroll down (or look to the right panel) to fill in passenger details for each seat:

The first passenger (seat 1) also needs:
- Email address — ticket confirmation is sent here
- Phone number — for SMS notification
Travel date confirmation
The travel date shown on this page reflects the date you searched for, displayed in both BS (Nepali) and AD (English) formats. Double-check this before proceeding.
Proceed to payment
Once you have selected your seats and filled in the required details, click Proceed to Payment to move to the payment page.
Your selected seats are not reserved until payment is complete. If you take too long on the payment page, another passenger may book the same seat. Complete payment promptly.
