Viewing your ticketโ
After a successful payment you are taken directly to your ticket. You can also find all tickets at any time via:

What is on a ticket?โ
Each ticket contains:

QR codeโ
The QR code on your ticket is unique to your booking. The conductor scans it when you board:
- โ Green scan = valid, confirmed seat
- โ Red scan = invalid or already used
You do not need to print the ticket. Show it from your phone screen. The conductor's scanner works with screen brightness as long as the QR code is clearly visible.
Downloading and sharing your ticketโ
On the ticket page:
- Download PDF โ saves a printable PDF of the ticket to your device.
- Share โ opens a share sheet to send the ticket via WhatsApp, email, Messenger, or copy a link.
My Bookingsโ
The My Bookings page lists all your bookings โ upcoming, completed, and cancelled.
Each row shows:
- Ticket number
- Route and date (BS + AD)
- Bus name and seat
- Booking status (Confirmed / Cancelled / Pending)
- Fare paid
Click any booking to expand it and see full details or access the download/cancel buttons.
Live bus trackingโ
For trips currently in progress, a Track Live button appears on the booking card. Tap it to open the live map showing the current bus position. See Live Tracking for how this works.
Booking status meaningsโ
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Confirmed | Payment received, seat reserved |
| Pending | Bank transfer selected, awaiting payment confirmation |
| Cancelled | Booking was cancelled (by you or the operator) |
| Completed | Journey has taken place |
