Click Save Bus to create the bus. The modal automatically advances to Step 3 — Photos.
Step 3 — Photos
Add up to 6 photos of the bus. Passengers see these in the search results gallery.
- Click Add Photo and pick a JPG or PNG image.
- Hover over a photo thumbnail and click the ✕ to remove it.
- Click Done when finished (or skip — photos are optional).
Editing a bus
Click the pencil icon on any bus card to reopen the 3-step modal pre-filled with existing data.
- Step 1 & 2 let you update name, registration, layout, amenities, etc.
- Step 3 lets you add or delete photos at any time.
Changing the seat layout of a bus that already has active bookings may cause seat-numbering mismatches. Only update layouts for buses with no upcoming bookings, or create a new bus entry instead.
Bus status
| Status | Effect |
|---|---|
| Active | Bus can be assigned to new schedules |
| Inactive | Bus is hidden from the schedule creation dropdown |
Deleting a bus
Buses cannot be deleted if they are assigned to any past or future schedule. Mark them as Inactive instead to hide them from new schedules.
