Documents
Go to Sidebar → Documents to upload and manage the legal documents required for your operator account.
Uploading documents helps the Shubha Yatra admin team verify your business and approve your account faster.
Required documents
| Document | Description |
|---|---|
| Company Registration Certificate | Official registration of your business |
| PAN / VAT Certificate | Tax registration document |
| Vehicle Registration Certificate | For each bus in your fleet |
| Route Permit | Government permit to operate on your routes |
| Insurance Certificate | Third-party or comprehensive vehicle insurance |
Uploading a document
- On the Documents page, find the document type in the list.
- Click Upload next to it.
- Select a JPG, PNG, or PDF file from your device.
- The file uploads automatically and appears in the uploaded files list.
tip
Upload clear, readable scans or photos. Blurry images may be rejected during review.
Document status
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| ⬜ Not uploaded | Document has not been submitted yet |
| 🕐 Under review | Uploaded and waiting for admin to verify |
| ✅ Verified | Document accepted |
| ❌ Rejected | Document was rejected — see the note for reason |
Replacing a document
If a document is rejected or expires, click the ✕ next to the existing file to remove it, then upload the new version.
Document expiry
Keep an eye on documents with expiry dates (insurance, permits). Upload renewed documents before the old ones expire to avoid interruption to your account.
