Activity Logs
Go to Sidebar → Activity Logs for a full audit trail of all significant actions performed on the platform.
What is logged
| Action type | Examples |

| Auth events | Login, logout, failed login, password reset |
| User management | Account created, suspended, deleted, role changed |
| Provider actions | Registration, approval, rejection, suspension |
| Booking events | Booking created, cancelled, refunded |
| Admin actions | Settings changed, admin created |
| Schedule changes | Schedule created, cancelled, status changed |
Log table columns
| Column | Description |

| Timestamp | Date and time of the action (BS and AD) |
| User | Who performed the action |
| Role | Their role at the time |
| Action | What they did |
| Target | The affected record (user ID, booking ID, etc.) |
| IP Address | IP from which the action was performed |
Filtering logs
Filter by:
- Date range
- User (name or email)
- Action type
- Role
Use cases
Security investigation — If a user reports suspicious activity on their account, search the logs by their email to see all login events and account changes.
Audit trail — Before modifying platform settings, review recent admin actions to understand what changes have been made.
Debugging — If a booking was unexpectedly cancelled, search the logs by booking ID to see who cancelled it and when.
Log retention
Activity logs are retained for a minimum of 12 months.
